Before contacting support, try these steps:

  1. Confirm your Claude account is active log in at claude.ai and verify you can start a new conversation.
  2. Check the file was uploaded correctly open your Claude Project, go to Project Knowledge, and confirm the skill file appears in the list.
  3. Start a new conversation sometimes context from a previous chat can interfere. Start fresh within the same project.
  4. Try the command again copy the exact command from the quick-start guide and paste it in.
  5. Check your usage limits if you’re on Claude’s free tier, you may have hit a daily limit. Claude Pro provides higher limits.
