When you request a case study or a download. Some pages offer a case study or reference document in exchange for an email address. We collect your email address and nothing else. We use it to deliver the file you asked for.

When you contact us. Our contact form collects your name, email address, company, role, organization type, number of practitioners, country and time zone, along with any message you choose to write. We use this to respond to you and to have a sensible first conversation.

That is everything. There is no account to create, no purchase to make on this website, and no other form that collects your information.

We run no analytics and no tracking of any kind. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no visitor profiling. We do not know who visits this website or what pages they read.

We do not process payments on this website. License fees are invoiced directly against an Order Form. We never see or hold your card or bank details.

We do not store your information in a database. We do not operate one.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Not to anyone, for any reason.

If you request a case study or a download, we use your address to send you that file.

We do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters. If that changes, we will update this policy, and every email will carry an unsubscribe link you can use at any time.

If you contact us, we use your details to reply and to continue that conversation.

We set no cookies of our own for analytics or advertising, because we do not do either.

Pages that offer a case study or download load a form from Kit, which sets its own cookies to manage the form.

Pages with a video load an embedded player from YouTube or Vimeo. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. Vimeo does not offer an equivalent, so a Vimeo player may set cookies when the page loads.

Our fonts are served from our own domain and make no request to any third party.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect whether forms and videos work.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email gretchen@changeessentialsai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR. Our legal basis for holding your email address is your consent, given when you asked us to send you a file, which you may withdraw at any time. Our legal basis for handling contact enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Email addresses given for a case study or download stay in Kit until you ask us to remove them.

Contact enquiries stay in our email inbox as ordinary business correspondence.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligation.
