Skills run in your tenant
Your controls apply. Your data stays yours.
That is the whole deployment model. No login. No SaaS wrapper. No data flowing back to Change Essentials AI. The catalog installs as a set of Claude Agent Skills inside your organization’s Claude Team or Enterprise environment, where your existing security posture already applies.
Your Claude admin uploads the catalog to your Organization Skills Directory. Every practitioner in scope then installs the skills they need with a single click from inside your workspace. No plugins. No third-party accounts. No new vendor for procurement to review after the fact.
Once installed, a practitioner opens Claude, calls up a skill by name or by describing the task, and Claude pulls the specialist instructions into context. The skill produces a structured draft against the framework your organization already uses. The practitioner brings the judgment. The skill handles the assembly.
If your organization runs Prosci® ADKAR®, the skills map to ADKAR®. If it runs Kotter or ACMP, they map to that. The methodology map on the homepage shows coverage across all five frameworks.
The skills run inside your Claude tenant. Client data pasted into a skill never leaves your workspace. The skills themselves are read locally by your Claude instance. Change Essentials AI cannot see what you input and cannot see what Claude produces.
Your existing Claude data retention settings apply. Zero Data Retention configurations pass through untouched. If your organization has a Business Associate Agreement with Anthropic, the skills operate under it.
Annual license. Organization-wide use. Full catalog.
One license covers every practitioner in the scope your organization defines. Consulting firms typically license for firm-wide consultant use. Corporate change teams typically license for the enterprise change management function and its extended network. Either way, there is no per-seat billing to reconcile.
Methodology updates during the license term. As new skills lock during your license period, you receive them as they release. Your Claude admin adds them to your workspace with the same install process used for the original catalog. No renegotiation. No upgrade tier.
Confidentiality. Most licensing organizations treat the arrangement as their proprietary edge. That is fine. Client lists are never published. The relationship is never promoted on this site.
Every license includes installation documentation for your Claude admin and detailed user guides for each skill in the catalog. Your practitioners can self-serve from day one.
A defined onboarding engagement is available for firms and organizations that want structured support getting the most out of the catalog quickly. Thirty to forty-five days working directly with your practice lead or Head of Change. Methodology mapping, priority-setting on which skills move the needle fastest, senior practitioner training. Scoped and priced separately from the license.
Extended or ongoing advisory beyond onboarding is negotiated based on what the engagement actually needs.
Consulting firms point the catalog at client engagements. Corporate change teams point it at internal transformations. Same skills, same tenant, same license.
The catalog does the work either way.
