License Agreement

1. Your license

We grant you a single-user, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Product within your own Claude account for your own professional work. This license has no expiry. You own your license to use the Product. You do not own the Product itself.

2. What you may do

You may use the Product to produce work in the course of your own job or consulting practice, including deliverables for your employer or your clients. The communications, documents, and other outputs you generate using the Product are yours to use.

3. What you may not do

You may not:

• Copy, share, forward, distribute, publish, or post the Product or its contents to any other person or platform.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the Product to anyone else.
• Deploy or use the Product across a team, department, or organization under this single-user license.
• Reverse engineer, extract, or reproduce the Product’s internal instructions, frameworks, or logic in order to build, distribute, or sell a competing or derivative product.

The outputs you create are yours. The Product that creates them is not.

4. Ownership

The Product, including all frameworks, methodologies, prompt logic, proprietary terms, and the user guide, is the intellectual property of Change Essentials AI and is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

5. Traceability

Each copy of the Product may carry a unique identifier tied to your purchase, including your name, email, order reference, and purchase date. You acknowledge that copies of the Product can be individually identified, and that unauthorized sharing or distribution can be traced to the purchasing account.

6. Delivery and refunds

The Product is digital and is delivered electronically. Because it is downloadable digital content made available immediately, your right to a refund or withdrawal ends once download or access has begun. If the Product file is defective or will not function as described, contact us and we will provide a working replacement.

7. Team and enterprise use

This Agreement covers a single user. If you need access for a team, department, or organization, multi-user and enterprise licenses are available. Contact us at [EMAIL] to arrange one.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. On termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies in your possession. Sections covering Ownership, Traceability, and Limitation of Liability survive termination.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Product is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any communication or output you create with the Product before you use, send, or publish it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Change Essentials AI is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your use of the Product or its outputs.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.
