You receive a downloadable .zip file (with the encoded Claude skill embedded) and a User Guide. You upload the .zip file to your Claude account following the instructions in the User Guide. No. If you can upload an attachment to an email, you can use these skills. Each purchase includes a quick-start guide with step-by-step instructions. Most users are up and running in under five minutes.

Individual skills are $495 USD each, a one-time purchase. You own them forever. You can also get the Complete Library, which includes all 10 current skills in a single purchase at $2,495 USD. Everything is a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no renewals, no ongoing charges.

If you expect to use three or more skills, yes. The Library includes all 10 current skills for $2,495 USD — a 50% discount against the $4,950 USD total if purchased individually. If you only need one specific skill for a single project, buying individually at $495 USD makes more sense.

The Library is a snapshot: it includes every skill available at the time of your purchase. When new skills are released, Library owners receive priority offers to add them at preferred pricing. You’re not automatically entitled to future additions, but you’ll never pay full price for them either.

Your individual purchase stands. You own that file permanently. When you’re ready to add more, you can purchase the Library at the current rate. We don’t currently offer credits for prior individual purchases against the Library price, but the per-skill value of the Library is significantly lower than buying each one separately.

All sales of digital products are final. Because skills are downloadable files that can’t be retrieved once delivered, we don’t offer refunds after download. Once a digital file is downloaded, it’s on your machine and there’s no way for us to take it back. This is standard practice for downloadable digital products across the industry. It’s also why we offer a genuinely useful free skill, so you can experience the quality, the methodology, and the approach before you purchase anything.

No. Skills work on both Free and Pro plans. Claude Pro ($20/month from Anthropic) is recommended for regular practitioners because it provides higher message limits (which matter in long diagnostic sessions), access to the Sonnet and Opus models (which produce stronger results for high-stakes outputs like M&A communications and board presentations), and a larger context window for working with long source documents. Free is genuine and useful for trying a skill or for occasional use. This is a separate subscription directly with Anthropic, not with Change Essentials AI.

No. Each skill includes ready-to-use commands. You don’t need prompt engineering skills. Just type the command and provide your context, the skill file handles the rest.

Under five minutes. Download the file, go to Settings → Capabilities → Skills in your Claude account, upload the .zip file, and toggle it on. The quick-start guide walks you through every step.

Claude is accessible via web browser and desktop app. Skills installed via the Settings panel work in the web and desktop versions of Claude. For current mobile app availability, check Anthropic’s release notes, as feature availability on mobile may differ from the web experience.

No. Upload once via Settings → Capabilities → Skills and the skill persists across all sessions on both Free and Pro plans. You only need to upload again if you delete the skill and reinstall it.

The skill activates based on keywords in your prompt matching the skill’s description. Try using one of the activation phrases listed on the product page, or reference the skill by name in your first message. Also confirm the skill is toggled ON in Settings → Capabilities → Skills.

Check that “Code Execution and File Creation” is enabled under Settings → Features in your Claude account. This setting is required for any skill that produces downloadable files. Without it, Claude cannot generate the .pptx or .docx outputs.

Yes. The license is granted to you as a practitioner. You can use the skill to produce work for any of your clients, across any number of engagements. The output belongs to you, or to your client, per your own agreements.

No. Each skill is a single-user purchase. Each person who uses a skill needs their own. We may offer multi-user or team pricing in the future. Your data in Claude is governed by Anthropic’s privacy policy. For highly sensitive information, review your organization’s AI usage policy and Anthropic’s data handling practices. Many practitioners use anonymised or generalised inputs for sensitive situations.

Claude natively supports over 80 languages. All Change Essentials AI skills can produce output in any language Claude supports. Simply request the output language in your prompt, e.g., “Produce this in French” or “Write this in Japanese.” The methodology adapts automatically.

Claude’s language capabilities are strong and improving continuously. For business communications, the output quality is generally very good across major languages. For critical or public-facing communications, we recommend having a native speaker review the output, the same practice you’d follow with any translation, human or AI.
