What you’re buying

Change Essentials AI sells downloadable digital files, Claude Skill files (.md format) and accompanying documentation. These files are delivered electronically upon purchase. No physical product is shipped.

License

When you purchase a skill, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that skill file for your own professional work, including work you perform for clients. One license covers one practitioner.

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or transfer the skill file to another person
• Sell, resell, or sublicense the skill file in whole or in part
• Modify the skill file for the purpose of resale or redistribution
• Present the skill file’s methodology as your own original work for commercial purposes

If you have a team of three or more practitioners who need access, contact us about team licensing.

No refunds

All sales are final. Because skill files are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage you to download and try the free Change Communication Audit before purchasing, so you can evaluate the quality and methodology firsthand.

If you experience a genuine technical issue, such as a corrupted file or missing component, contact us at support@changeessentialsai.com and we will resolve it promptly.

AI-generated content

The skills you purchase produce AI-generated outputs via Claude, Anthropic’s AI platform. All outputs must be reviewed by a qualified human professional before use in any organizational, client-facing, or public context.

Change Essentials AI accepts no liability for outcomes, including decisions made, communications sent, or actions taken, based on AI-generated content that has not been through appropriate human review.

Anthropic and Claude

Change Essentials AI products are designed for use with Claude, developed by Anthropic. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. A Claude account (free or paid) is required to use our skills. Claude’s terms of service and privacy policy govern your use of their platform.

ADKAR® trademark

ADKAR® is a registered trademark of Prosci Inc. Change Essentials AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Prosci Inc. References to the ADKAR® framework in our products are for descriptive purposes only.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Change Essentials AI’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.

Intellectual property

The content on changeessentialsai.com, including product descriptions, methodology documentation, and website copy, is the intellectual property of Change Essentials AI. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute it without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
