Refund Policy

The honest version

Our products are digital downloads: skill files you install in your own Claude account. Once you’ve downloaded a skill, it’s on your machine, it’s yours, and there’s no way for us to take it back. That’s why we don’t offer refunds on digital purchases.

When you complete a purchase, you’re acknowledging this. We mention it at checkout, we mention it in your receipt, and we’re mentioning it here.

If something’s broken, we’ll fix it

If a skill file is corrupted, missing content, or won’t install properly, that’s on us, not you. Email gretchen@changeessentialsai.com and we’ll replace it at no charge.

If you bought the same skill twice

It happens. Email us within 14 days and we’ll refund the duplicate.

A few things we can’t refund

  • Skills you downloaded and decided you didn’t need after all
  • Skills you bought before a price drop (launch pricing doesn’t apply retroactively, if you were in, you were in)
  • Anything you didn’t actually pay for (the free Change Communication Audit is free, so there’s nothing to refund)

One thing about chargebacks

If something’s wrong, email us first. We read every email personally and usually sort things out within a day. Going straight to your bank to dispute a charge skips a conversation that would almost certainly have resolved whatever the issue was, and makes things harder for both of us.
